Service 04 · Websites & Online Stores
From landing page to online store, built to sell.
Landing pages for a single offer, service sites, product catalogs and online stores. We plan each page around the questions your customers ask before they buy or reach out, and connect it to your ads and lead tracking.
After you reach out: we reply within one business day, clarify the task on a short call and send a written proposal with the scope and price.

Three concept projects made to show what we build: a landing page with a quote quiz, a service site with a price calculator and a chat, and an online store with a cart.
A good fit if
- You need a fast landing page for an ad campaign or a single offer.
- Your current site doesn't show your products, materials or process the way they look in real life.
- You're launching a new service line or product and it needs its own page.
- You're ready to sell online and need a store you can run yourself.
- You want inquiries to arrive with the details needed to prepare a quote.
Problems we're usually asked to solve
- Visitors look around and leave without calling or filling out a form.
- Every inquiry starts with the same five questions your team has to ask by phone.
- Finishes, sizes or models are hard to compare online.
- Ads send people to a homepage that isn't built for that offer.
- Nobody can say which pages actually produce inquiries.
Scope of work
What the work includes
Scope and price for your project are fixed in a written proposal before work starts.
- Structure & content plan
- Page map, key messages, what goes where and why.
- Copywriting
- Clear American English written around your product and process.
- Design & build
- On a platform that fits the scope: custom code, WordPress, Shopify or another option discussed upfront.
- Quote & inquiry forms
- Qualifying fields, file uploads and routing to your inbox or sheet.
- Catalog or store setup
- Product structure, filters, specs and online checkout.
- Technical basics
- Mobile layout, page speed, on-page SEO, accessible markup.
- Measurement
- Analytics and conversion events, set up once your consent and privacy requirements are defined.
- Launch & handover
- Final checks, go-live and a short guide to editing content.
What we'll need from you
We never ask for passwords. Access is shared through each platform's own user or partner settings.
- Photos and videos of your work, materials or products (we'll tell you what's missing).
- Product specs, price ranges if you publish them, and your service area.
- A domain and hosting registered to your business, or a decision to set them up in your name.
- One person who can give feedback and approve pages.
FAQ
Websites: questions
Which platform will my site be built on?
It depends on what you need to manage. A content-heavy service site, a catalog and an online store each point to different options. We'll recommend one in the proposal and explain the trade-offs, including ongoing costs.
Can you write the copy?
Yes. We write the copy after a discovery call and a look at your materials. You review and approve every page. Technical details such as specs, warranties and certifications come from you.
Can the site accept payments or online orders?
It can, if that suits your business. Payment processing runs through a provider account opened by your company, such as Shopify Payments or Stripe. We set up the store; you control the account.
Can you just add a landing page to my current site?
Often, yes, especially for an ad campaign or a new service. If your platform makes that difficult, a standalone landing page on a subdomain is another option.
