Spreadsheets that show where inquiries come from and where they go.

Custom Google Sheets for tracking leads, quotes, sales, expenses and ad spend. Built for your process, and simple enough that your team will keep using them.

After you reach out: we reply within one business day, ask how inquiries move through your business today and send a written proposal.

Price

Lead and sales tracking from $500

  • Lead tracking with integrationsfrom $500

A sheet of inquiries and sales with statuses and sources, a monthly summary and a short guide for your team.

What gets filled in automatically: website forms and Meta or Google lead forms, through an automation service where the platform allows it. What your team enters by hand: deal outcomes and sale amounts. Some integrations need a small automation subscription; we'll warn you in advance.

Example

Try the demo tracker

A working concept sheet: leads by source, ad spend and a summary that shows cost per inquiry and per sale. Filters and tabs can be clicked.

A good fit if

  • You don't have a CRM, or you have one that nobody keeps up to date.
  • You want leads, quotes and revenue in one view, without buying new software.
  • You run ads and want to see cost per inquiry and per sale, not just per click.
  • Leads are passed between the office, sales and field crews, and some get lost.

Problems we're usually asked to solve

  • Leads are spread across email, texts, voicemail and a notebook.
  • Nobody knows which channel brought in last month's jobs.
  • Ad reports and sales numbers live in different places and never meet.
  • Monthly reporting takes a day of copying and pasting.

What we'll need from you

We never ask for passwords. Access is shared through each platform's own user or partner settings.

  1. A Google account or Google Workspace owned by your business, where the files will live.
  2. A walk-through of how leads and sales are handled today.
  3. Examples of lists or reports you already keep, even if they're messy.
  4. The names and roles of the people who will use the sheets.

FAQ

Business Tools: questions

Why Google Sheets and not a CRM?

For many small teams a well-built sheet is enough, and much easier to adopt. If your volume or process outgrows it, the structure we set up makes moving to a CRM easier later.

Can the sheet connect to our website and ad accounts?

Often, yes. Website forms and Meta or Google lead forms can feed into a sheet through an automation tool. Some connections depend on the platform and may carry a small subscription cost, which we'll flag upfront.

Who owns the spreadsheet?

You do. Files are created in, or transferred to, your company's Google account. We work in them with shared access that you can remove at any time.

We use Excel. Can you work with that?

We build primarily in Google Sheets because sharing and automations are simpler there. If Excel is a must, mention it in the form and we'll discuss what's realistic.
