Who runs this site

This site is run by the Truelead marketing agency. Questions about your data can be sent through the contact form or the email listed on the contact page.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company website (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.

Free-review form: your email, website (optional) and what you want to improve. We also note whether the form was opened by a click or shown automatically.

With each request we receive the page language, the time it was sent and the page it was sent from. If you arrived from an ad or a link with tags, we also receive those tags (for example utm_source or gclid), the referring site and the first page you opened during the visit, so we know which ad or channel brought the request.

Please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the forms.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare the review or proposal you asked for and keep the conversation going. We don't sell your data and don't add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Where it goes

Requests are delivered to our team's private Telegram group through the Telegram Bot API. If we later connect a spreadsheet or CRM, requests will be copied there as well and this page will be updated.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any hosting provider, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and protect the service.

Cookies and analytics

Only with your consent, the site loads Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). They set cookies to count visits, measure which ads bring inquiries and show our ads to people who visited the site. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies.

Your browser's local storage keeps a note that you've closed the free-review pop-up, so it isn't shown again for 7 days. In the online-store demo, it also keeps the demo cart. This data stays on your device.

Until you accept, none of these tags load. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and the source of your visit is kept in session storage until you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to reply and work with you, and delete them on request unless we have to keep them for accounting or legal reasons.

You can ask us what data we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to us through the contact form or by email and we'll reply within a reasonable time.
