Service 05 · Chatbots
A chat that answers customers right away, even at 11 p.m.
Chatbots for your website and messengers that answer common questions, ask what you need to know before a quote, and pass the lead to your team as soon as the conversation ends.
After you reach out: we reply within one business day, ask where customers message you and send a written proposal with the scope and price.

Example
Example conversation
A home-cleaning bot: it answers the question, collects what's needed for a quote and passes the lead to the team right away.
- Hi, how much is a deep clean for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment?
- Usually $245–300, around $270 on average. The final price depends on the condition of the home. Which day suits you?
- Saturday morning
- Thank you! Leave your phone or email, and the manager will confirm the time and price today.
A good fit if
- You get the same questions about prices, areas or timing every day.
- Leads from ads write in messages, and replies take hours.
- Your team is on site or busy, and nobody can answer the chat right away.
- You want every conversation logged in one place, not spread across apps.
Problems we're usually asked to solve
- Messages from Instagram and Facebook sit unanswered until the lead goes cold.
- The team spends hours answering the same basic questions.
- Leads arrive without the details needed to quote.
- There's no record of which chats turned into sales.

- Rules for pricing talk: what the bot may say and what it must leave to you.

FAQ
Chatbots: questions
Will a chatbot replace my team?
No. It takes care of the first questions and collects details, so your team spends time on real conversations. Anything complex or sensitive goes to a person.
Do you use AI?
Where it helps. Many bots work best with simple, predictable flows. AI answers can be added on top, based only on information you approve, and we set limits on what the bot can promise.
Which platforms can the bot work on?
Most often your website, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. Some platforms need a business account or a paid tool, and we'll flag those costs upfront.
Where do the conversations go?
To the place your team already uses: a Google Sheet, a CRM, email or a Telegram group. You keep access to all conversation data.
